All beds are fully made-up with fresh linen and warm winter-weight duvets. Towel hire $4, please ask at reception.
Arrivals outside of Reception Hours: We may not always have someone to greet you, however all bookings including late night arrivals are welcome. Simply check your emails and texts (or App Inbox if you did not book direct) on arrival morning for Access PIN codes. Late arrival guests should consider booking private rooms to reduce inconvenience to other guests in dorms. Your credit card will be charged prior to your arrival with the card used to make the booking. The booking will be cancelled should the card not be valid. Refunds due to early cancellation will be subject to an administration fee.
Please do not use secure online bookings for winter specials, families or groups – email us using the Contact page directly. Special conditions, rates and cancellation policies apply. Groups of over 10 pax have 30 day cancellation policy. Children under 16 years are not permitted in shared dorms unless booking entire dorm.
We will respond to any email inquiries as soon as possible, however bookings are not confirmed until credit card details are received.
Terms and Conditions
Credit card details are stored securely and are used to CHARGE ALL CARDS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL, and 'no shows', cancellations within cancellation policy, or for wilful damage, theft, additional cleaning, smoking/vaping inside, inappropriate behavior or breaching terms (refer to us for group and special event booking terms), after hour callout fees (also applies for lost door codes after hours). No refunds will be given if you are asked to leave due to breaches of these conditions.
A 3% charge may apply for all credit card bookings.
If you book for consecutive nights and fail to arrive for the first night, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and no refunds for any nights will apply.
Inmates using facilities prior to check-in time of 2pm or after check-out time of 10am may incur additional charges.
Number of guests in your room is not to exceed the number made in the booking or additional charges will be made.
No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on the premises, including the car park.
Written cancellation by email is required, 48 hour notice prior to 2pm on arrival day is required. Part-refunds are not available.
Refunds for pre-payments made by credit cards will be subject to 3% credit card processing fee. Guests will be pre-charged full payment on the credit card used to make the booking and any refunds can only go back onto the original card.
Max nights in Dorms rules apply, please contact us directly for longer stays or they may not be accepted.
Photo ID may be required for all guests.
Strictly no smoking or vaping on-site. A $2000 fine may apply for smoke damage, extra cleaning or fire brigade calls.
